Mentorship Programs

Midget Mite Mentor 2025-2026

This program is designed to provide mentoring, support, and leadership from our Hawks Midget players to our younger Phantoms players. Together we will focus on fun, teamwork, sportsmanship, respect, and responsibility - putting into practice what it means to #BeAHawk and #BeAPhantom.

Mite players will be matched to a Midget mentor, giving them a hockey buddy to connect with, receive advice from, and cheer on. Midget players will have the opportunity to hone leadership skills, build their volunteer resume, and give back to the sport that has provided them so much. Our program continues to establish our roots as a hockey community, not just a hockey club! #EverythingYouthHockeyShouldBe.

Girls With Goals 2025-26

There is a direct correlation between girls playing competitive sports and their future career success, which is why Girls with Goals is dedicated to empowering our players in the Chicago Hawks Girls Program through establishing mentoring relationships, promoting leadership and teamwork, and fostering both on-ice skill development and off-ice personal growth.

With fun activities and events throughout the season, our players will strengthen the hockey community by learning what it really means to be a Hawks girl hockey player – a young woman of integrity, sportsmanship, leadership, and character.
